KIARA Brand Products: All returns and exchanges are allowed. You have to however ship the products back to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is un-worn, un-packed and in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
All Paid orders which are not received by the buyer will be refunded with a deduction of the shipping fees of Rs. 250. All Returns which are not to due to fault of clothing, will be refunded with a deduction of the shipping charges of Rs 250.
Furthermore, the reverse pickup of the courier (when initiated from our side) takes roughly 10-15 days from the time of dispatch from the customer. We kindly ask the customers to take that into account that we can only refund after receiving the return packet. We will process the refund in 5-6 working days from receiving the return packet so in total it takes about 20-25 days.
HANA Studio Products: Whilst we sincerely quality check each product; we do not offer any return or exchanges of HANA Studio products. Each order is made on the customer's specifications and it is not possible for us to return or exchange. However, if you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery.
After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
